Creates a message in a channel that anyone can edit by using $$[text]
Useful for games where you might want to track a group resource or a pinned welcome message that anyone can edit. This only supports one message per channel. Prefixing your message with $$ will overwrite the previous message. Create a message for Everybody to play with!
Ex: $$The weather today is rainy Ex: $$ :thumbsup
