Fun Module

- Improved the Giveaway System. You can now click on a button to find a winner.
[NOTE] This is the best thing that could be done considering durations doesn't work for now.

 Moderation Module

      - Added a log system (check the command in the !help 
         command for more informations.
      - Added an Anti Raid system. This system bans everyone  
         joining the server if the system is enabled.
      - Added an Anti Bot system. This system only bans every bots 
         joining the server if the system is enabled.
      - Fixed the timeout error message when trying to timeout with 
         a reason

      - Added a system that DMs a user when he is warned.
      - Added a system that DMs a user when you request your data.
      - Added a system to request to delete your data.
      - Added a way to report bugs or send command suggestions, 
         simply do `!tools`
      - Added a way to request your data or to delete it. For this just 
         ping the bot.
                [NOTE] It will only delete the personal data you set. More
