Dispatcher - "Support without the faff"

Dispatcher helps you prioritise simplicity, ease of access and convenience when it comes to your server's ticket systems.
Dispatcher utilises a new concept to ticket systems where people with permissions are able to update the status of the bot. This means that if usually a response would take 10 minutes, but there's a lack of online staff, one of the support team can update the status to say that tickets may take an extended period of time compared to usual. All it takes is one command.
Another convenience feature we've implemented is using embedded messages to clearly outline when different support staff members are talking. This makes it easier to understand how the conversation is flowing without having to worry about 2 completely different messages from what appears to be the same person. Using this, we've also changed the ticket system from discord channels. This means that if you ever get lost in a server and want to quickly find your ticket, you can simply access your DMs with Dispatcher and you'll instantly be brought back into the conversation. This also means that every time a staff member is able to assist you, you'll get pinged every message so you won't ever have to worry about not noticing a response.
