Axion Tempmails — Full Description

Axion Tempmails is a fully-featured Discord bot that allows users to generate real, functional temporary and permanent email addresses directly inside Discord — without ever leaving the app. Powered by the mail.tm API, every email address generated by the bot is a live, working inbox that can receive real emails, OTP codes, and verification messages from any website or service.

📧 Email Generation

The core feature of Axion Tempmails is its email generation system. Users can generate unlimited temporary email addresses using over 11 different commands, each producing a different username style — random, numeric, dotted, dashed, CamelCase, long, short, alpha-only, underscore, and more. Every generated address is a real account created on mail.tm, meaning it can actually receive emails from third-party websites.

Beyond temporary emails, users can also generate a Lifetime Email using the ,lifemail command. Unlike regular temp emails that expire after 1000 days, lifetime emails never expire — making them perfect for long-term use cases where a permanent disposable address is needed.

All generated emails are stored per user in local JSON files, supporting multiple active emails per user at the same time. The bot also supports both prefix commands (,gen) and slash commands (/gen) for all major features.

📬 Inbox & Mail Delivery

Once an email address is generated, Axion Tempmails runs a background polling system that automatically checks every registered inbox every 60 seconds. When a new email arrives, the bot instantly:

• DMs the user with full email details including sender, subject, body content, and any detected OTP or verification code
• Highlights OTP codes — 4 to 8 digit codes are automatically extracted and displayed prominently so users never have to hunt for them
• Fires a webhook notification if the user has a webhook configured, delivering the full email content to any Discord channel of their choice

Users can also manually check their inbox anytime using ,listmails, read specific emails with ,readmail <number>, clear their inbox with ,clearinbox, and look up the owner of any registered email using ,lookup.

🔔 Webhook System

Users can link a Discord webhook URL using ,setwebhook. Once set, every incoming email triggers a formatted notification to that webhook — including the sender, subject, body, and extracted OTP code. This is useful for monitoring inboxes in a dedicated Discord channel in real time. Webhooks can be updated or removed at any time.

👑 Owner & Admin System

Axion Tempmails includes a full owner control panel with commands to broadcast messages to all registered users, delete individual user data, view global bot statistics, and wipe all stored data with a confirmation prompt.

The bot also features a Bot Admin system — the owner can promote trusted users to Bot Admin status, granting them access to moderation-level commands like viewing all registered users, deleting user data, broadcasting announcements, clearing user inboxes, and viewing bot statistics. All Bot Admin data is stored separately in botadmin.json.

⚙️ Account Creator

The ,acc create <site> <amount> command (also available as /acc) allows users to bulk-generate account credentials for popular websites and games using their registered temp emails. The bot attempts real API-based account creation for supported sites like Roblox, Discord, Reddit, GitHub, Twitch, and Spotify. For all other sites, it generates valid credentials — username, password, full name, and birthday — ready for manual signup. Results are delivered directly to the user's DMs as a zip file containing three organized text files: success.txt for confirmed creations, failed.txt for definitively blocked attempts, and unknown.txt for cases where CAPTCHA or Cloudflare blocked automated verification.

🗂️ Storage & Architecture

The bot is fully modular, built using Discord.py Cogs architecture. Every feature lives in its own file inside the cogs/ folder and is auto-loaded on startup — meaning new cogs can be dropped in without touching main.py. All data is stored locally in lightweight JSON files with async file locking to prevent race conditions. No database is required.
