HomeBase is a Discord bot that turns your server into a command center for shared household management. It handles all the complexity of living together—who owes whom, whose turn it is to clean, what groceries you need, upcoming bills, so you can focus on being roommates instead of accounting for everything.

What It Does

Finances & Bills — Record shared expenses and split costs evenly (down to the cent). Track recurring bills, automatic reminders, and monthly summaries. See at a glance who owes whom and settle up with /pay.

Chore Rotation — Set up automatic chore schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) that rotate fairly between members. Track completions, see monthly rankings, and get daily reminders so nothing gets forgotten.

Groceries — Maintain a shared grocery list with categories. Track shopping runs, see monthly spending, and coordinate who's buying what.

House Coordination — Vote on meals together, store encrypted subscription passwords, maintain a house wiki, celebrate birthdays and milestones, track vacation mode so members on leave don't get assigned chores, and post anonymous suggestions.

Dashboard — One /homebase command shows your house at a glance: bills due, chores pending, groceries needed, and a health score so you know if the house is running smoothly.

The Whole Picture — Cross-system leaderboards, calendars for house events, memorable quotes, and more. Everything is tied to your Discord server, so there's nothing to log into separately.

How It Works

Invite HomeBase to your Discord server. It listens only to slash commands you invoke (no message snooping). Set up a house with /house-setup, add members, and start using features as you need them. The bot can send automatic reminders and summaries to a channel you choose.
