Tapography

Tapography is a daily geography game you play inside Discord — a real 3D globe you spin, zoom, and click to drop your pin.

Two modes, each with its own daily puzzle:

🏛️ Landmark — find a famous place from a cryptic clue. 🏙️ Cities — pinpoint a named city, like "Paris, France".

Each game is five rounds that ramp from easy to hard. You're scored on how close you land: 0–100 points by straight-line distance from the real spot, multiplied by the round's difficulty, for a maximum of 1000.

Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, so scores actually mean something. Play once and you're ranked in every server you share with other players — boards are per server, so you're competing with your friends, not with strangers on a global list.

The bot handles the rest automatically:

• Posts an 8am reminder with a one-click Play button • Records your score the moment a round ends — no copy-pasting results • Tracks daily and yearly leaderboards, plus current and longest streaks

Commands: /today to play · /leaderboard for daily boards · /streak · /me for your stats · /here to move the daily post (Manage Server) · /remindme to turn your ping off · /forget to delete your data.

Setup is nothing. Add the bot and it registers your server and picks a channel on its own. Placement can be moved with /here.

Built on Discord's Embedded App SDK with CesiumJS, streaming NASA and Esri satellite imagery, so the globe stays sharp from orbit down to street level. Free, no ads, no premium tier.
