AI support tickets for your server. Marno answers member questions from your docs 24/7 and hands off to your mods when it's unsure.
Marno (https://marno.ai) answers support tickets in your server using AI, based on your own docs.
You point it at whatever explains how your server or project works, a website, Google Docs, PDFs, or old answers from your support channels. When a member opens a ticket, Marno reads it and replies with an answer, including a link to where the answer came from. If it isn't confident, it says so and pings your team instead of guessing.
That last part matters. Most "AI support" bots answer everything, confidently, including things they don't know. Marno is built around knowing when to hand off. Your mods only deal with tickets that actually need a human, with a summary of the conversation so far.
The rest is a normal ticket system: a panel that opens private threads, optional intake forms so members explain their problem before the thread opens, and a web dashboard where your team can manage tickets without being in Discord. When a mod corrects an answer, Marno learns the correction and uses it next time. Members can ask in any language and get answered in it.
There's also an auto-answer mode for FAQ channels, if you want common questions handled without a ticket at all.
It works for any server where members ask questions faster than mods can answer them. We mostly see gaming communities, product and startup servers, and crypto projects.
