Basic voting bot made to be easy.

Commands: v!add - Adds vote to channel of your choice (Default - #voting).

This bot is in beta, and there will be more features later on (like countdowns to when you can no longer vote).

Please note: This bot is locally hosted, so it may go down if there is any issue with my PC.
