A great bot for logging purposes.
LogEye is a bot that can be used to log all sort of events in a server. This can be usefull to track the history of your server. The bot will let you select the events you want to log in your server.
In Discord there is already a feature called "Audit Logs". In my opinion its not very good, because it doesn't show all the information. LogEye wil put any piece of information that is available into a message, and send it in the channel you selected.
LogEye doesn't have a lot of commands, since this is only a bot that wil log events in the server. Note: The default prefix is [ - ], if you changed it already, you need to use your new prefix instead of the default prefix.
To set up the channel for logs:
-settings edit channel <name of channel>
To set your own prefix:
-settings edit prefix <newPrefix>
If you want to separately select events, you need to know what events exist, to do that run:
Every setting inside the message that you get back from the bot except prefix and channel is an event you can select, to enable/disable a event, to do that:
-settings edit <event> <true/false>
For example: I want the bot to log channel updates (like name changes of a channel), then I use:
-settings edit channelupdate true
If I think it's not usefull and I want to disable it, I use:
-settings edit channelupdate false
All the events can be selected separately. These are all the events that are now available in LogEye.
For support you can join our support server, to do that, click on the button under the profile picture of the bot on this page. The support server is meant for people having problems with LogEye and for questions about it. For any help with the bot we are able to help, beware that it can take some time to reply on your questions.
