TTS Bot
Using the power of gTTS and serenity-rs you can empower your friends without microphones to talk to you while you are in voice! Very simple setup with only one command needed and NO NEED FOR A PREFIX EVERY MESSAGE, JUST TYPE NORMALLY!
-help is more accurate, but some commands include:
-setup #text channel: Sets the channel TTS Bot will do it's magic in!
-join: Joins the current voice channel you are in (only responds in the channel that was setup)
-leave: Leaves the voice channel that TTS Bot is in (only responds in the channel that was setup)
-skip: Clears the message queue!
-settings: Display the current settings
-settings help: Displays list of available settings
-set property value: Sets a setting
-botstats: Shows server count, voice channel count, and other stats!
Also accepts DMs for support, make sure to read the Welcome Message!

my rejoinder for Dev's reply: 1.the "no prefix thing", you claim we dont need to use the prefix, bt we do actually.. isnt that right? 2. ok, but is a review, right? so.. 3. idnt that limitation? like.. private chats between owners must be in a different channels where others cant see, so instead of giving an easier way to manage the bot you just cut its wings... hmmm.. interesting... im k ...

It worked perfectly, though I would prefer we were informed of the intentional error beforehand and the way to fix it. But after fixing it by asking for the solution in the discord support server, it worked perfectly.

Lack of customization, but still very cool bot! Just note, every user must choose own language.
