**bugreport**
Bugreport command now works as intended

**XP/level system**
Algorithm for how much XP per level has been changed and optimised
XP offset changed to 5000 (from 2500)
Multiplier added for XP algorithm
Starting XP changed to 30000 (from 9371)
7500 more levels added (10000 levels in total)

**Currency Converter class**
Now uses just-in-time (JIT) compiler for C like performance
Reduces number of API calls and added another API that is more upto date with latest crypto-currency prices (with old one as a fallback if become rate limited)

**Flags rework**
Flags  has been reworked and are basically like Linux command-line flags now

**Settings rework**
Settings command has been reworked and made easier to use, settings no longer has init flag and defaults to --show flag

Added flag --show

-c / --channel flag sets the channel
-m / --message flag sets the message
-r / --role flag sets the role
-e / --enable enables welcome/leave/autorole
-d / --disalbe disables welcome/leave/autorole

NOTE: You can mix and match flags like %settings --welcome --channel #welcome -m welcome --enable
NOTE: The order of the flags does NOT matter

**dataclasses**
Added profile and guild dataclass so it's easier to get and manage profiles and guild settings in commands
