Privacy and Data storage
By using our services you agree that we store certain data in our database. When using our services, you agree that you have permission from your server members that we store the following data;

• Discord display name;
• Discord user ID;
• Messages*;
• Moderations*;
• Connections*;

Messages: We store messages up to 7 days for safety reason. After 7 days this data will be anonymized.
Moderations: We store moderations up to 12 months.
Connections: A user will be able to connect external services such as their Epic Games username, BattleNet username etc. This will be used to retrieve player data/progress.

ban	ban < @user / user ID > [Reason]	Ban the user from the server. Reason is optional
case	case < @user / user ID > < case ID >	Display a specific user case
clear	clear < amount >	Remove the given amount of messages in the text-channel
clearnotes	clearnotes < @user / userID >	Remove all notes from a user
delnote	delnote < @user / userID > < note ID >	Remove a note from a user
delwarn	delwarn < @user / userID >	Remove a warning from a user
editnote	editnote < @user / userID > < note ID >	Update a specific note of a user
ignore	ignore < @user / userID / @role / roleID / #channel / channelID >	The bot will ignore commands given by the user, role or channel
ignored	ignored	Display a list of who/where the bot is not listening to
kick	kick < @user / userID > [Reason]	Kick the user from the server. Reason is optional
lock	lock	Lock the current channel (Decline @everyone write permissions)
modlogs	modlogs < @user / userID >	Display the most recent moderation logs of the user
mute	mute < @user / userID > < time > [reason]	Mute the user for the given time. Example: mute @ExQlusiv3#1337 3d Misbehaving This will mute ExQlusiv3 for 3 days. (s = seconds, m = minutes, h = hours, d = days)

softban	softban < @user / userID > [reason]	Ban and un-ban the user to remove the messages from the last 7 days

unban	unban < userID >	Unban a user by user ID. @user will not work!
