I orignally set up an IFTTT app years back to do the same thing but that has become more unreliable as time passed so I decided to replace it.
Default prefix is <code>-</code> or mentioning teh bot. 
Help command is <code>-help</code> 
Random image: <code>-random</code> 
Prefix can be changed by people with MANAGE_GUILD permission: <code>-prefix [newprefix]</code>
The feed (<code>-feed</code>) can be started by anyone with the MANAGE_CHANNELS permission.
