Rankit rewards members for simply being active, earning experience from chatting and from spending time together in voice channels. As members level up, they can unlock roles you've chosen to attach to specific levels, and those roles stack and automatically come back if someone leaves and rejoins later. A paginated leaderboard with medals for the top three, plus a personal rank card showing level, total XP, and progress, keeps the competition visible to everyone.
