ABURA 🤖

ABURA is an all-in-one Discord bot that keeps your server active, informed and organized, from automatic fun content to a full support ticket system with its own web dashboard.

🔧 Setup: ABURA is added by the server owner

Add ABURA with Discord's "Add to Server" option (not "Add to My Apps", which installs it to your own account and puts it on no server at all), then log in at https://abura.net with the account that owns the server. Everything else is configured in the web dashboard.

The owner can hand dashboard access to any role, so moderators manage ABURA without owning anything. Until that happens, only the owner sees the server: ticket conversations and the moderation log are reachable from there, which is why Discord's Administrator permission alone is deliberately not enough.

Added ABURA without being the owner of that server? Then it will not show up for you yet. Ask the owner to log in once and grant your role access to the dashboard, or invite ABURA to a server of your own to try it out. Everything is reachable from there, and you are welcome to reach out if anything is unclear.

🎫 Support Tickets

Members open tickets from your website dashboard and chat live with your support team. Moderators see every open ticket across all their servers in one place, with instant alerts when a new one comes in.

Screenshots can be attached, saved canned responses answer the questions you get every day, and each support channel keeps its own ticket history.

Set it up with /ticket-channel create [role] in the channel that should carry your tickets. Whoever wears that role can answer them on the website.

🧠 AI Ticket Triage (Prime)

Every incoming ticket is read and sorted automatically: by topic, into the categories you defined, and by urgency. The ones that can't wait rise to the top of your inbox instead of sitting behind five "hey, quick question" tickets.

Got it wrong? Your supporters can correct category and urgency by hand at any time.

🔑 Support Roles, one inbox for every server

Every support channel is tied to one Discord role. Whoever wears that role automatically becomes a supporter for that channel. Nothing to configure per person, and access disappears the moment the role does.

Running more than one product on your server? Give each its own channel and its own team: #product-a for @Team A, #orders for @Sales. Each team only sees their own tickets.

And if you help out on several servers, all of those tickets land in the same inbox instead of five. You only ever see the channels your roles cover.

🔴 Stream Alerts for Twitch and YouTube

Get notified the moment a creator goes live on either platform. Several channels per server, each with your own message text and colour.

And on YouTube, streams that are announced in advance are announced in your server too: a heads-up hours ahead, anywhere from 15 minutes to a full day, whatever you pick.

• The advance notice is its own message. One to save the date, one to jump in
• Times appear in each member's own time zone and count down by themselves
• Moved or cancelled? The earlier message is corrected, not left lying around
• Write it with a formatting bar and a live preview

Most bots tell your server a stream started. This one tells it the stream is coming.

🌐 Community Hub

Give your server a public page: who's live right now on Twitch and YouTube, a rotating gallery of your best auto-posted content, and a home for giveaway entries. One link your members can share outside Discord too.

Set up channels that automatically post fresh content on a timer you choose: funny pictures, GIFs, or memes. No manual posting needed, ABURA keeps the feed alive. Free forever, on every server.

Run giveaways from ABURA's web dashboard. Members enter with one click via Discord login, so only real server members can win, and winners are drawn and announced automatically in your server.

🛡️ Moderation

Hand out /warn warnings backed by a moderator log, get automatic alerts if your server gets raided, and pick admin roles in the dashboard so a moderator can manage the bot without owning the server.

Bot trap: mark one channel nobody should ever write in. Spam and nuke bots write into every channel they can see, so whoever writes there gets banned, kicked or simply reported, your choice. Webhook spam is deleted and the webhook removed. Never caught: you, your moderators, and your own allowed bots. A visible notice is posted in the channel automatically, so no member walks into it by accident.

🔊 LFG (Looking For Group)

When someone starts a voice channel, your text channel hears about it once. The next two people joining don't trigger anything, and by default the invitation deletes itself when the channel is empty again. No spam, nothing stale left behind.

📊 Web Dashboard

Everything is set up on the website, in dropdowns showing your real channel and role names. No command syntax to memorize, and you can always see what is switched on. Every page has a guided tour, so there is no manual to read. Server stats, streamer activity, ticket history and moderation log included.

Free covers everything needed to run a server: tickets, your own ticket categories, giveaways, moderation, the bot trap, auto channels, the public community page, 2 Twitch and 1 YouTube channel watched, 2 LFG announcements.
