The bot is getting weird they removed they dont allow 4 reactions for triggers and saying only for premium while it was free for years & the moderators in the server warn people for replying to their messages how weird can they be ? chill guys you"re not gods

Using since 2023, Bot is excellent, yet the staff suck

They have severely limited the triggers and reactions for free users. Don’t let it fool you! They will change features to premium after your server has used them. The mods were not helpful! (edited)

Worst support ever they warn you for replying to their messages to ask about the bot calm down kids you dont have the key to heaven it's just a discord bot

Joined their "support" server to ask for help, and had my permissions to message in the entire server stripped. Sapphire is a significantly better bot, better functionality and staff that're actually helpful. (edited)

Lovely bot

Bot is good, dev is awful. If you ever think the bot could be improved, forget it. You try to suggest something to the dev and he calls you names and blocks you. [EDIT] BotLabs has acquired Carl-bot (meaning Carl is no longer dev), and it seems that most of the original mod-team is gone. Hopefully support will be better, but we'll just have to wait and see. I am unable to join the Carl Bot Support Server through the invite link. Can this be investigated?
