FYI!  Due to the Discord API changes coming in May, ShoutBot now operates using /shout instead of !shout.  As a result, you might need to go to https://shoutbot.io and re-invite the bot into your channel to update permissions.  Sorry for the extra effort, but Discord says this has to be done so wanted to get it done now rather than later.
