Z3R0 is third major update for ziBot, this update changed and add a lot of things.

In this version, we introduce you to:

- Custom Command integrated to help command (not fully implemented)
- Better timer for temp ban and temp mute
- New help command

ziBot will not receive new feature for quite awhile (I'll still fixing issue/bugs) in favor of working on Overhaul (v3.0)!
