Voice chat detection
Listens when someone enters or leaves your servers voice chat and sends a message to the voicealert channel. No commands needed to run, only command is !voicealert-ver to check the latest version. !voicealert to create the channel if one doesnt get created or if you delete it and need it re-created. Creates a voicealert channel on invite. will updated frequently.
