Easy To Use! Ticket Time is really easy to set up with only a handful of easy commands to run to complete the set up. If the bot has any issues the owner/developer is there to fix them as soon as possible. I like that fact that I can blacklist users from using the bot so I don't have to deal with the annoyance of someone spamming tickets. Overall, great bot and I would recommend to everyone.
