Built for roleplay

• Dues: assign dues to members or everyone at once, track who has paid, and post a live dues board.
• Storage: live inventory embeds with categories and counts, updated by your staff.
• Rosters: pick your rank roles and their order, and RPGuardian keeps a live board of who holds each rank, as an image card or an embed. Add tags like SWAT or CID, and keep a staff-only blacklist that's logged.
• Profiles: each member gets a profile card with their top role, activity, strikes and dues, plus a global profile with a bio, colour and nationality flag.

Moderation

• Strikes with an automatic action when a member reaches your limit.
• Kick, ban, mute, clear, lock and unlock, with a case history and a mod log.
• Global ban for owners who run more than one server.
• Moderators can never act on anyone at or above their own role.

Community tools

• Tickets: private support channels with claim, close and saved transcripts.
• Applications: forms members fill in on Discord, reviewed in Discord or on the dashboard.
• Verification: a Verify button that gives new members a role.
• Welcome messages: join and leave messages with an optional welcome image card.
• Role panels: buttons members click to give themselves roles.
• Suggestions: a suggestion panel with voting.
• Invite tracker: see who invited whom, with a leaderboard.
• Voice channels: members get their own voice channel to rename, lock and manage.
• Embed creator: design messages with a live preview and post them as the bot.
