If one person has the talking stick, no one else can speak/type in a particular channel. However, you can pass the talking stick to others.

Hi, we are trying to implement your bot into our server. We cannot get it to work. I’ve tried to look you up to DM but you don’t show up. We have tried your instructions but it does not work. Please advise as we’d love to try and implement this into our server. Thank you. -Knira
Does the job very well, no longer chaos from multiple people trying to type at once about one topic, very useful in lowering the amount of replies from very old messages which aren't the main topic at hand.
A really nice tool for controlling who's talking. I use it a lot in text channels to regulate who's talking for things like help pages, where I only want one or two other people to be able to talk at a time.
It’s a Good Utility for Voice Chats, Very useful when you have a lot of people in your server It lets you control who talks next and who can who can’t, also very good for one of those “what did you do yesterday” circles where everyone gets a chance to talk about themselves a bit
Pretty good to keep order in my servers since all my friends are like 4 years old and can’t chill when someone else is talking.
how tf do i use the talking stick/ what is the command or is it just a role?
To use Talking Stick, firstly, run < //tsinit > which will create all required roles. If you want Talking Stick to be active in a text channel, type < //tsjoin text >, which will start the Talking Stick in the same channel as the command was ran in.
