Mention Bot

A very simple bot that will let you mention roles without having to let everyone mention them.

To mention a role put "&role name" anywhere in a message. You also need to have permission to mention @everyone. In the future, I may add the functionality to specify roles that can use it and which roles can mention which roles.

For it to work on all roles, it needs to be placed above every role as it has to change the perms. If the role being mentioned is already set to be able to be mentioned by everyone it will not change the perms.

It works by allowing the role to be mentioned by everyone, mentioning the role, then disabling the perm.
